Cannabis Wholesale Revenue OS

Getting the order is half the job.

ROSE runs the entire wholesale revenue cycle for cannabis brokers and lean brand sales teams — prospect, sample, follow-up, order, invoice, payment, commission, reorder. One system, from the first call to the money actually landing.

Built by a working cannabis broker, for the way brokerage actually pays.

The part nobody automates

Four questions most brokers can't answer on demand.

Which stores owe you money right now?

Not roughly. The exact invoices, the exact days late, sorted worst first.

Which brands owe you commission?

The client paid weeks ago. Did the brand ever pay you for it?

Which accounts are due to reorder this week?

If the answer lives in your memory, some of it is already gone.

Which sample never got followed up?

You shipped it, they liked it, and then three weeks passed.

The revenue cycle

Nine stages. Most tools cover the first five.

A CRM helps you sell. An invoicing tool helps you bill. Brokerage needs both, plus the part where somebody chases the brand for your commission. ROSE is built around the whole chain.

Stage 01

Prospect

Your accounts, scored and ranked so the day starts with a list, not a guess.

Stage 02

Contact

Call, log the outcome, and the next follow-up date sets itself.

Stage 03

Sample

Requested, sent, delivered, call window. Nothing sits in limbo.

Stage 04

Follow-up

Timed automatically. Cooldowns for a no, callbacks for a maybe.

Stage 05

Order

Multi-brand, on your phone in the parking lot. Commission calculated as you type.

Stages 6 to 9 are the difference. That's where a broker's money actually goes missing, and it's the part a sales CRM was never built to hold.
What you're buying

Four outcomes.

01 — Close more stores

The day starts with a list

Accounts ranked by how likely they are to buy, with the reason to call attached. No blank page, no guessing who's gone cold.

02 — Get more reorders

Accounts cycle on their own

Reorder timing is tracked per account and per brand, and the nudge goes out whether or not you remembered.

03 — Collect customer money

Every invoice, every day late

Overdue, due soon and on terms, always current. Payment reminders send themselves and the buyer confirms in one tap.

04 — Collect every commission

Know what the brand owes you

The client paying is not you getting paid. ROSE tracks both halves separately and chases the second one.

Positioning

ROSE is not a CRM with cannabis stickers on it.

A general CRM models a pipeline that ends when the deal closes. Brokerage doesn't end there — that's the moment two separate debts are created, and one of them is owed to you.

If all you need is somewhere to log dispensary visits, a cheaper CRM will do that fine. The question isn't whether ROSE costs a month. It's whether more than that is currently falling through the cracks between the order and the payment.

FAQ

Who is this actually for?

Independent cannabis brokers and small brand sales teams who represent multiple brands into licensed dispensaries and earn a commission. If you get paid a percentage and you have to ask brands for that percentage, ROSE is built for you. If you're a dispensary looking for a point-of-sale system, it isn't.

There are cheaper cannabis CRMs. Why this?

Because they stop at the order. ROSE keeps going: the client invoice, the brand's fulfillment notice, payment chasing, your commission invoice, commission collection, and the reorder. If a cheap CRM covers what you need, buy the cheap CRM — that's an honest answer. ROSE is for the part after the sale.

What doesn't it do?

It doesn't monitor dispensary retail menus, track competitor products or report retail pricing. It has no inventory or compliance module and it isn't a marketplace. It's a system for running your own book of business.

Do my clients need an account?

No. Each client gets a private link to their own reorder page. No signup, no password. They see their history and your current pricing, and reordering takes one tap. Nothing they submit becomes an order until you approve it.

How long until it's useful?

Same day. You import or add your clients, brands and commission rates, and the first order you write starts the invoice and commission chain. There's no implementation project and no onboarding fee.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your clients, orders, prices and commission history are yours to export at any time, including after you cancel.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from inside the app. No contract and no cancellation call.
